Marlborough Snug

The Snug is a Marlborough Regional Development Trust affordable housing project.

It uses European research plus locally grown materials and local businesses.

Everyone who has seen it just loves it.

The first Snug is now t the Hive Innovation Park at the Christchurch A&P Showgrounds and is being used as the site office for the next 2 years. If you would like to buy this special building for $10,000 then go to contact.
